What should I bring to an appraisal?
The piece itself, plus any paperwork you have: previous appraisals, lab certificates, receipts, or nothing at all. Missing paperwork is normal for inherited jewelry and does not prevent an appraisal.

How long does an appraisal take?
Most single pieces are completed within a few days; estates and multi-piece collections are scheduled case by case. Drop-offs are by appointment so your pieces are handled personally.
Is this only for expensive pieces?
No. Insurance and estate questions apply to sentimental pieces as much as valuable ones, and we take equal care with both. If a piece matters to you, it is worth knowing what it is.
